#Cowin-20: Biovène Barcelona Launches A Campaign To Raise Funds for Frontliners During the Pandemic

In light of the global pandemic, Biovène Barcelona has extended its ethos of being socially conscious by launching the #COWIN-20 Campaign. This campaign has dedicated its cause into raising funds to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the frontlines and public service works in local communities, cities and other countries all over the globe.

The CEO of Biovène Barcelona, Erik Lambert has said:

“In this state of catastrophe and tragedy, we are experiencing a new collaborative effort from all over the world to win the battle, everyone is really coming together and helping in any way, shape or form. We understand the support needed is critical – it can be as easy as liking and sharing the latest communications from the local city or government – or asking if there are still urgent needs for donations of any PPE equipment. ”

The website: www.cowin-20.com has been set up to help fight against the Covid-19 virus and anything that prevents the personal protective equipment in reaching the frontliners and the people during this crucial period, as some suppliers seek big margins of profits and manipulate prices to do so.

However, the website has explicitly stated that these PPE(s) are not for:

“People/Entities looking to purchase Personal Protective Equipment and resell high above-market cost – or with the intention to keep in storage/hoarding to limit the access for people with urgent needs.”

Not only that, but Biovène Barcelona has also extended their helping hand to the Spanish government to combat the coronavirus outbreak. The company has prioritised its services, inventory, and supply lines to help Spain win this battle in March.

Additionally, there were also donations of thousands of (N95) surgical grade face masks that have been send to the “Center Medic Castelldefels”, Policia Local and also Mossos d’Esquadra.

The Head of Logistics in Barcelona, Francisco Rivera has mentioned:

“In a state of emergency, there are risks we are sometimes not fully aware of yet. We have been adapting to global changes quickly and are confident to say over 97% of all goods ordered have been delivered to the specified address on time, in full.”

Other than these aids, the campaign also compromises of the launch of the brand: 365DOC that is dedicated in making PPE products accessible to the rest of the community or those who are in serious needs of these items.

What’s more is that the brand has also collaborated with Arman Izadi, who is an internet sensation, along with this Quarantine Mansion product to aid the United States government, hospital and anyone else who are in desperate needs of 3 M 8210 NIOSH Respirators.

In a nutshell, Biovène Barcelona pursues a sustainable corporate strategy and supports global environmental products in light of creating communities of activities that genuinely care and support global change. Additionally, in the case of this global pandemic, Biovène Barcelona hopes that this #COWIN-20 campaign will be a success in contributing significantly and that all the countries would join forces to fight the virus together.
